Welcome to the DXBrain Project Web Page!

This site is a host to the DXBrain application, a distributed data integration system for the UW Human Brain Project data network. DXBrain is queried via the XML query language XQuery. Functions are included which allow source-specific targetted sub-queries.


Select Query
This section contains an entry form where you can select your criteria to create the XQuery, then choose what format you'd like to see the result in. XML, HTML, CSV, and image visualization are available as output formats.
Saved Queries
These are queries that are saved in the database. Here you can execute or view any of the queries and add your own to the list.
New Query
Here you can create and execute your own queries from scratch, and then add them to the saved queries database.
